Core feature

The annual report and Annex D, without the manual work.

Salvus consolidates your Occupational Health & Safety data throughout the year and prepares Annex D continuously. When submission season arrives, the hard part is already done.

What is the annual report?

The annual report is an annual obligation for every employer covered by the Labour Code, set out in article 112 of Law no. 102/2009. It is submitted on the Ministry's annual report platform (GEP/MTSSS) and brings together several annexes on the company's employment, training and Occupational Health & Safety activity.

What is Annex D?

Annex D is the part of the annual report dedicated to the activity of the Occupational Health & Safety services. It is filled in by every employer, whether or not an organised service exists, and describes what was done during the year in terms of prevention.

  • Organisation of the service (internal, external or shared)
  • Occupational medicine exams carried out
  • Training and risk assessments
  • Workplace accidents and accident indicators
Note: failure to submit the annual report is a serious administrative offence, punishable with fines ranging from 612 € to 9,690 €.

Who has to submit

Every employer with workers is required to submit. In practice, this includes everyone from the micro-company with a single worker to the largest organisations, which is why external Occupational Health & Safety services end up managing Annex D for dozens or hundreds of client companies at the same time.

Submission deadlines

The submission window usually opens from 15 March each year, although some years have an exceptional calendar. Always confirm the official dates for the current year. Salvus keeps the deadline in your obligations calendar and warns you in advance.

How it works

Three steps. Zero spreadsheets.

01
Consolidate
The exams, training, PPE and technical visits you record during the year feed the report automatically.
02
Generate
Annex D is assembled by establishment, ready to validate, with nothing transcribed by hand.
03
Submit
Support for NIF delegation on the annual report platform. Submission becomes the simplest part of the year.
NIF delegation: your client companies delegate Annex D to your account, and Salvus keeps a record of the active delegations. Since delegation expires every year, we warn you when it's time to renew it.
Frequently asked questions

Everything about the annual report.

What is Annex D of the annual report?

It's the annex reporting the company's Occupational Health & Safety activity during the year: exams, training, risk assessments, accidents and how the service is organised. It is filled in by every employer, whether or not an organised service exists.

Who is required to submit the annual report?

Every employer covered by the Labour Code, with workers, must submit the annual report each year.

Can I delegate Annex D submission to my external service?

Yes. A company can delegate filling in Annex D to its provider, through the annual report platform, by NIF delegation. That delegation is valid only for the current year and must be renewed annually.

What happens if I don't submit?

Failure to submit is a serious administrative offence, punishable with fines ranging from 612 € to 9,690 €.

Does Salvus submit the annual report automatically?

Salvus prepares and generates Annex D from the data you record throughout the year and supports the NIF delegation process. Final submission is done on the official annual report platform. Salvus removes the manual work of preparing it.
