Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Technician and Service plans include a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required. For the Company plan, contact us and we'll set up a trial tailored to your organisation.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown exclude VAT, which is applied at the legal rate in force.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you pay the equivalent of ten months and get twelve, that is, two months included compared to monthly billing.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time and the difference is adjusted on the next invoice.
How do I migrate my current data?
We support importing your data (companies, workers, exams and training) from spreadsheets. Our team helps with onboarding.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There's no lock-in. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid.
How much is the Company (internal service) plan?
The Company plan is tiered by headcount: up to 25 workers €49/mo, up to 100 workers €99/mo, up to 500 workers €249/mo. Above 500 workers (internal service required by law), pricing is by quote.
Can I switch to Salvus mid-year? Will Annex D still be complete?
Yes. Annex D reports the full calendar year, so your initial import brings in data already recorded elsewhere or in spreadsheets — exams, training, PPE and accidents since January. From there, the report builds itself. The earlier you switch, the less there is to import, but it's never too late for the next filing season.
Is the Annex D generated by Salvus accepted on the official Relatório Único platform?
Yes. Salvus generates Annex D in the official structure required by the Relatório Único platform, field by field and per establishment, and we track every legislative change to the template. Before submitting, you review and validate everything — the technical responsibility stays yours, the mechanical work is ours.
